The Norfolk and Waveney area is fortunate to have a selection of excellent HE providers within its boundaries.

This section of the site gives a brief description of the services and specialities of each of our local HE providers. City College NorwichCity College is one of the biggest providers of higher education in the area, with a good range of Access, HNC/D, Foundation Degree and postgraduate programmes on offer as well as degrees. College of West AngliaOn 1st April 2006, The College of West Anglia merged with Isle College in Wisbech to become one of the largest and most successful education and training providers in the Eastern Region. Norfolk Adult EducationPart of Norfolk County Council, the Norfolk Adult Education Service welcomes over 30,000 students each year to more than 3,000 courses at 350 venues across the county. Open UniversityThe OU is Europe's largest university, with around 200,000 students who chose the OU because it offers them a chance to study with one of the most prestigious centres of learning in the world - and they can study without sacrificing work or family commitments.
