I have worked in a variety of advice and guidance settings including most recently in the further and higher education sector. My previous experience includes working with young people aged 13-19 in the area of widening participation, where my role involved helping to remove the barriers that many young people face when trying to access learning and training. I am very proud of The Learning Shop and of the work that our specialist advisers do. They provide an excellent and invaluable service to adults in Norwich and Norfolk
