Following many years of work in the voluntary sector, I joined City College Norwich in 1996 in an administrative capacity in the School of Construction. 

I have worked as an adviser at The Learning Shop since it opened in May 1997.  As a graduate, I have also gained professional guidance qualifications to NVQ4.

I feel passionate about the work of The Learning Shop.  My hope is that all clients who leave The Learning Shop have gained encouragement, information and/or guidance to help them move forward  to fulfill their potential in whatever way is appropriate to them as an individual.  At the very least they should have impartial information on which to make an informed decision.
